Virtual Assistant – AI Content & WordPress Specialist (30 Articles/Day KPI)

Part-Time | Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our digital operations team. You will be responsible for a high-volume workflow that involves downloading video assets from TikTok/YouTube, generating AI-assisted articles, and publishing them to WordPress with 100% accuracy in metadata and linking.

This is a high-output role with a strict KPI of 30 completed articles per day.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Management: Identify and download video content and thumbnails from partners (e.g., Devour Power, Luke Martin, Patty Plates) using TikTok/YouTube downloaders.

File Organization: Upload assets to Google Drive using strict naming conventions (Parent folders and files must match asset titles exactly).

AI Content Generation: Use Gemini Gems and AI prompts to transform video assets into high-quality blog articles.

WordPress Publishing: Create posts, format text, and ensure the "Author" and "Category" fields match the creator perfectly (No errors allowed here).

Technical Linking: Link MRSS GUID codes to WordPress posts and ensure Lead Images/Thumbnails are correctly uploaded.

MRSS Management: Upload videos to S3/MRSS feeds, manage metadata, and apply a strict 10-tag rule (3 Broad, 4 Niche, 3 Trending tags).

Tracking: Log all completed work in the Yahoo Article Tracking sheet.

Required Skills & Experience
WordPress Expert: You must be comfortable with the WordPress Gutenberg/Classic editor and managing sidebar metadata (Categories, Tags, Authors).

AI Savvy: Experience using Gemini or ChatGPT to generate and refine content.

Technical Accuracy: Ability to follow complex SOPs without skipping steps. You understand the importance of GUIDs and S3 naming conventions.

Speed & Efficiency: Ability to hit a daily target of 30 articles while maintaining high quality.

File Management: Proficiency in Google Drive organization and file naming protocols.

Technical Requirements
Stable, high-speed internet connection (Back-up internet is a plus).

Laptop/Desktop capable of handling video downloads and multiple browser tabs.

Experience with S3 or MRSS feeds is a significant advantage.
