CLS CRE is a commercial mortgage brokerage based in Los Angeles, CA, arranging debt and equity nationwide. We finance retail, industrial, multifamily, office, net-lease, and specialized CRE assets from $2M to $150M. We are hiring for a long-term marketing support role to help expand our outreach and branding operations.

Role Overview
We need a proactive, detail-driven Marketing Assistant who can support email campaigns, social content, CRM organization, research, and day-to-day marketing tasks. Reliability is everything. If you deliver consistent, clean work without being chased, you’ll fit in.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, edit, and schedule weekly email campaigns & newsletters.
• Support LinkedIn + Instagram content creation (market posts, deal spotlights).
• Write outreach templates, follow-up emails, and client-facing communication.
• Research property owners, companies, lenders, and market data.
• Build branded materials in Canva.
• Clean, update, and organize CRM/contact lists.
• Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and ad-hoc marketing tasks.

Required Skills
• Excellent written English.
• Experience with marketing, outreach, or real estate support work.
• Comfortable with Canva.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Reliable internet and computer.
• Ability to work independently and deliver clean output.

• Salesforce/CRM experience.
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn marketing.
