We’re seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Graphic Designer responsible for creating product packaging, user manuals, and a wide range of design assets that support our product and marketing teams.
You will work closely with product development, marketing, and our global suppliers to ensure our design output is beautiful, clear, consistent, and aligned with the Desky brand.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DOING PACKAGING DESIGN IS A MUST - Please ensure you have examples in your portfolio or can share a drive with examples of your work!! if you don't have this you will not be considered for the roll.
Key Responsibilities
Design product packaging for new and existing SKUs, following brand guidelines.
Create user manuals, instruction sheets, diagrams, and assembly guides.
Collaborate with product developers to refine concepts and translate technical specs into clean, customer-friendly visuals.
Ensure design files are organised, export-ready, and suitable for print production.
Maintain and evolve the Desky brand look-and-feel across all assets.
Support basic day-to-day design needs, including resizing, layout, retouching, and template updates.
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential).
Figma experience for layout, prototyping, or collaborative design workflows.
Experience designing packaging, manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, colour, and visual storytelling.
Ability to interpret technical product information and convert it into intuitive visuals.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly in a collaborative environment.
