We are looking for a reliable and proactive SEO + Lead Qualification VA to help promote our ICU-related website in the US market and assist in handling incoming customer inquiries. This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who can manage basic to intermediate SEO tasks and support our US sales team by passing qualified leads.
Main Responsibilities:
• Update and manage our WordPress website
• On-page SEO (titles, meta tags, keyword optimization, formatting)
• Perform keyword research and optimize content to improve rankings
• Publish and optimize blog posts
• Improve visibility on Google for US audiences
• Use Google Search Console and Analytics to monitor performance
• Identify simple opportunities to improve rankings
• Handle website inquiries, messages, or basic phone calls
• Collect customer details and pass qualified leads to our US sales closer
• Maintain a lead tracking sheet
• Provide daily updates and communicate regularly with the team
Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in SEO or website management
• Good understanding of on-page SEO and keyword research
• Able to improve existing pages and content structure
• Basic WordPress skills (editing, posting, updating pages)
• Experience using Google Search Console and Analytics
• Good English communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Must be able to work US hours (EST or PST)
• Lead generation or customer support experience is a plus
Salary & Bonuses:
• Base salary: $450–$500 per month (depending on experience)
• $1–$3 for every qualified lead
• $30 for every closed deal
Top performers typically earn $700–$1,000+ per month.
Trial Period:
2–4 weeks paid trial at $400–$450 depending on performance.
