We’re looking for a **serious, long-term video editor** who lives and breathes short-form content.
If you’re the type of person who opens Instagram/TikTok/YouTube and instantly breaks down why a video went viral, how the hook was cut, how the subtitles were designed, and where the retention spikes are – keep reading.
If you’re just “good with CapCut” and throw random clips together, this is not for you.
WHO WE ARE
We are a fast-growing international influencer agency.
We run multiple personal brands and manage creators in fitness, lifestyle and education.
We film a lot. We post a lot. We test a lot. Your edits will be seen by millions of people if you’re good.

3. Cut powerful hooks in the first 1–3 seconds to grab attention
4. Create strong pacing and rhythm so watch-time stays high
5. Design different formats for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
6. Organize files, name everything properly, and hit deadlines without reminders
7. Communicate clearly with the team, accept feedback, and improve fast
REQUIREMENTS
1. You already edit at a professional level (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci)
2. You understand VIRAL content: hooks, retention, storytelling, pattern interrupts
3. You have a strong sense of design: fonts, spacing, colors, clean captions
4. You have a fast and stable internet connection
5. You can work PH daytime or evening with some overlap to Bangkok / EU time
6. Your English is good enough to understand context and nuance
7. You are hungry to grow, not just clock in and out
BONUS IF:
1. You’ve edited for influencers, YouTubers, creators or agencies before
2. You can also do simple thumbnails or graphic work
3. You have knowledge of what performs well in fitness, business, lifestyle niches
WHAT WE OFFER
1. Stable, long-term work with a fast-growing international team
2. Competitive salary in USD (depending on skill and experience)
3. Performance bonuses when your edits bring views, leads and sales
4. Clear feedback, constant clips to edit, and room to grow into a lead editor
5. Promotion path into Creative Director / Head Editor for the right person
HOW TO APPLY (READ CAREFULLY)
If you skip any of these steps, your application will not be considered.
Send an application with the subject line:
**“I’m Your Video Editor – [Your Name]”**

2. Hook Thinking
You’re given a 45-minute talking-head video where someone explains “How I went from $0 to $100K per month.”

a) Find 5 viral hooks
b) Cut them into separate clips
c) Turn them into 5 different Reels/TikToks designed to go viral
3. Subtitles & Design
Show 1 example of a video where you personally did the subtitles.
Tell me:
– What font did you use and why?
– How did you d
– How do you keep captions readable but still dynamic?
4. Storytelling
Send 1 example of a longer edit you’ve done (YouTube, 5+ minutes).
Explain how you structured the story (beginning, middle, end) and what changes you made to keep it engaging.
5. Speed & Workflow
Imagine I give you:
– 60 minutes of raw talking-head footage
– Plus B-roll of travel/gym/lifestyle
How many strong Reels/TikToks can you realistically deliver in 24 hours?
Walk me through your workflow from raw files to final export.
6. Tools & Setup
What editing software do you use and why?
What are your computer specs?
What is your average render time for a 60-second 4K clip?
7. Trend Knowledge
Which editors or YouTube/TikTok channels do you study for inspiration?
Send 3 links to creators whose editing style you admire and tell me what you like about each.
8. Communication & Feedback
A client tells you, “I don’t like this edit,” but their feedback is very vague and not helpful.
How do you respond, and how do you get the direction you need without being annoying?
