About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Photography Editor to take raw product images and turn them into clean, consistent, and professional photos ready for our online listings.
You’ll receive batches of product photos from us, then:
Color correct
Retouch and clean up
Crop and size correctly
Sort and organize them in the proper order
Deliver final files back on a set timeline

Key Responsibilities
Edit & Retouch Product Photos
Color correct to match true product colors
Adjust exposure, contrast, white balance, and sharpness
Remove dust, minor blemishes, lint, or distracting background elements
Ensure consistent look and feel across all images
Cropping, Sizing & Formatting
Crop images to the required aspect ratios (e.g. square for marketplaces, web-optimized sizes, etc.)
Export in correct file formats (e.g. JPG/PNG) and resolutions as specified
Optimize file size without sacrificing quality
Organization & File Management
Sort images in the correct order (e.g., front, side, back, details, flaws, etc.)
Name files according to our SKU or naming system
Deliver finished sets in clearly labeled folders
Communication & Turnaround
Receive and confirm editing batches
Meet agreed-upon turnaround times (often 24–48 hours depending on volume)
Communicate quickly about any issues with files or instructions
Requirements
Proven experience as a photo editor or retoucher, ideally with product or e-commerce images
Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom and/or Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent professional tools)
Ability to maintain consistent style across large batches of images
Excellent attention to detail (especially color accuracy and cleanliness)
Reliable internet connection for receiving and sending large batches of files
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow file naming and sorting instructions
Able to start right away and commit to steady, ongoing work
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
Experience editing product photos for online stores or marketplaces (Shopify, eBay, etc.)
Familiarity with editing bags, accessories, fashion, or luxury goods
Experience working with high-volume image batches
Basic understanding of e-commerce image standards and best practices
