We're looking for a full-time Full-Stack Marketing Developer who can build high-performing websites, landing pages, and automated marketing funnels across WordPress, Webflow, Go High Level, and Kajabi.

? Role Overview

You will be our primary technical implementer, responsible for transforming brand designs and strategic direction into fully functional websites, funnels, automations, and digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with:

Designers
Content writers
Agency founder (strategy + creative direction)

Your work will directly support clients across multiple brands, so reliability, speed, and quality matter.

? Responsibilities:

1. Website Development

WordPress, Shopify, Weblow.
Build & redesign fast, modern websites
Optimize speed, performance & Core Web Vitals
Install & configure plugins.
Elementor, Breakdance, or Gutenberg experience preferred
Manage backups, updates, and site security.
Build landing pages from Figma
Maintain existing websites
CMS collections, animations, interactions
Integrate forms, CRM, and tracking

2. Funnel & Automation Development

Go High Level (core responsibility)
Build full funnel systems
Landing pages, opt-ins, quizzes, booking flows
CRM pipelines, triggers, workflows

Email campaigns & SMS automations
Client onboarding portals
Lead magnet delivery systems
API + Zapier/Make integrations

3. Kajabi (for online course clients)

Course page setup
Automations and email sequences
Funnel pages (opt-ins, webinars, sales pages)
Membership setup
Basic CSS/HTML edits

4. Analytics Tracking

Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Pixel installations (FB, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Server-side tracking if needed
CRM integrations
Payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal)

5. Technical Maintenance & Support

Fix bugs quickly
Manage updates across multiple client sites
Handle urgent fixes (broken pages, forms, automations)
Ensure secure, stable website and funnel environments.

? Requirements (Must-Have)

? 3+ years experience in WordPress
? 2+ years experience in Webflow
? 1+ year experience in Go High Level
? Experience building fully-functioning funnels
? Strong HTML, CSS, and responsive design
? Experience with API integrations (Zapier/Make)
? Familiarity with design-to-build workflows (Figma ? build)
? Excellent written English for internal communication
? Fast and reliable internet
? Ability to work Philippines daytime hours (11AM–7PM PH time or US timezone preferred)
? Extremely reliable and detail-oriented
? Able to work under tight deadlines

? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

UI/UX understanding
CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience
Hosting management (WPEngine)
Nice to have experience with the health and wellness industry
