Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Manager to take full ownership of THEMAGIC5’s presence across Amazon marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of Amazon Seller Central at a deep operational and strategic level. You will lead growth initiatives, optimize listings, manage operational performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our brand reputation and customer satisfaction remain exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Channel Growth
• Develop and execute strategies to grow THEMAGIC5’s Amazon revenue and marketplace presence.
• Optimize product listings, keywords, A+ content, and storefronts to maximize discoverability and conversion.
• Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Analyze sales performance and marketplace trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Reputation & Customer Experience Management
• Oversee Amazon reviews, seller feedback, and customer messages to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Work closely with THEMAGIC5’s Customer Service Team to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, messaging, or fulfillment processes.
• Implement proactive strategies to mitigate negative reviews and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Operations Management
• Oversee inventory planning and forecasting for Amazon FBA and FBM channels.
• Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts, overstock, and aging inventory.
• Coordinate shipments, transfers, reconciliations, and operational compliance within Amazon Seller Central.
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and operational KPIs to ensure sustained marketplace compliance.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central for a consumer product brand.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving channel performance.
• Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, promotional tools, and analytics.
• Experience collaborating with customer service teams on reputation and review management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA/FBM operational workflows and inventory forecasting.
