JOB OVERVIEW

COMASUAR (Come As You Are) is a fast-growing Christian streetwear brand based in the U.S. We are looking for a Shopify VA who can handle the essential backend tasks listed below:

? Shopify Product Management
• Add/update products
• Apply correct retail & launch pricing
• Set compare-at prices
• Organize collections
• Upload images
• Create clean product pages

? Pricing & Sales Setup
• Implement premium pricing structure
• Set launch pricing and schedule increases
• Create VIP/SMS pricing

? Funnels & Upsells
• Set up Free + Shipping funnel
• Add upsells/downsells
• Configure bundles
• Install/configure upsell apps (Zipify, ReConvert, Honeycomb)

? Store Optimization
• Update banners
• Add sale timers + promotional tags
• Maintain new drops & monthly updates

? App & Automation Support
• Assist with Klaviyo/Omnisend
• Add discount codes
• Help with segmentation tasks (no writing required)

Requirements:
• 2+ years Shopify experience (required)
• Experience with upsells, funnels, product setup
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication
• Fast worker who follows instructions
• Light graphic skills are a plus

Hours & Pay:
• Part-time (5–15 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule
• ?250–?400 PHP per hour depending on experience
• Long-term work available for the right person
