Static Ad Designer

About Us
Ovrload/ Cloud is a fast-growing UK supplement brand. We sell creatine gummies and scale through high-performing social media ads. We need a designer who creates scroll-stopping static ads that convert.

The Role
Create static advertisement designs for Meta.You'll work with our Creative Strategist to turn marketing briefs into high-converting ads.

This is performance marketing, not brand design. We care about conversions, not just aesthetics.

What You'll Do
- Design 40 static ads per week from creative briefs
- Create mobile-first designs optimized for social feeds
- Follow Ovrload/Cloud brand guidelines strictly
- Deliver fast iterations based on feedback
- Design for different audiences (men 30+, gym-goers, health-conscious consumers)

Requirements

Must Have
- 3+ years designing digital ads (performance marketing experience)
- Expert in Figma (this is our primary and only design tool)
- Portfolio showing social media ads (not just brand work)
- Understanding of direct-response advertising
- Experience with high-volume work (15-25 designs/week)
- Can work from briefs without hand-holding

Nice to Have
- Supplement/fitness/health brand experience
- Knowledge of conversion-focused design
- Understanding of ad psychology and pattern interrupts

Technical Skills
- Mobile-first design approach
- Typography hierarchy and composition
- Platform specs (Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
- Fast workflow and file organisation

What Success Looks Like
- Bold designs that stop scrolling (not generic/safe)
- Mobile-optimised - readable on small screens
- Brand compliant - follows guidelines exactly
- Fast turnaround - 48 hours for initial concepts
- Multiple distinct concepts - not just variations

Work Details

Hours:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Flexible, but must overlap 4 hours with UK time (3-7 PM PHT)
