JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced LMS Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for our customers. The ideal candidate has strong experience in technical writing, creating digital SOPs, and conducting remote training sessions. Familiarity with SaaS products and e-learning platforms (especially LearnWorlds) is highly preferred.
The role involves creating comprehensive training materials, implementing effective training strategies, and ensuring tea ---------- mbers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery
Design and implement training programs for remote teams.
Conduct virtual training sessions on company tools, processes, and SaaS platforms.
Content Creation & Documentation
Write and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Using tools like Guidde, Loom & Komodo Docs
Convert SOPs into digital versions for easy access and use.
Create engaging training manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.

Platform Management
Manage and update content on LearnWorlds (or similar LMS platforms).
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to improve engagement and performance.

Implementation & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
Update content and methods based on new tools, updates, or process improvements.

Technical Skills & Tools:
Requirements
Strong experience in technical writing and documentation.
At least 3 years of experience as a SaaS Trainer or similar role.
Experience creating and digitizing SOPs.
Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based tools.
Ability to conduct remote training using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.

Preferred:
ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
Experience with LearnWorlds or other LMS platforms.
E-learning course creation and interactive content development.
