About the Role

Key Responsibilities
AI, Automation & Technology
Research, test, and implement AI solutions across operations, including phone system automation, inbox management, and workflow improvements.
Identify and implement AI-driven
Use AI tools to source, qualify, and compile sales leads for the Chapter Development team.
Continuously streamline your own workflows and increase output through automation, templates, and optimization.
Advisory Board Management
Coordinate the operations, communication, and scheduling for SCLA’s National Advisory Board and Senior Advisory Board.
Use AI tools to research, compile, and track advisory board member prospects.
Support the development of a new Employer Advisory Board by identifying ideal companies and contacts, organizing outreach, and managing communication pipelines.
Executive & Team Support
Serve as the “go-to” solutions partner for the CEO and leadership team.
Draft, edit, and send polished communications on behalf of leadership with accuracy and impeccable tone.
Join video calls with the CEO, take notes, and translate conversations into clear action lists.
Coordinate cross-team projects, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements
Fluent or native-level English (written and spoken) — must be comfortable representing SCLA externally.
Ability to join video calls regularly with the CEO and leadership team.
Must work U.S.-based business hours (Eastern Time preferred).
Tech-forward mindset — experienced with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, CRM workflows).
Excellent research skills and comfort with data gathering and lead sourcing.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and move quickly.
Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Zoom, and related tools is a plus.
Prior executive assistant, operations, or tech-support experience preferred but not required if skills are demonstrated.
