We are a fast-growing recycling and resource-management company in Australia, and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Revenue Operations Admin to support our sales and leadership teams.

???? Your Main Responsibilities
- HubSpot CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM records, contacts, companies & deals
- Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, property management
- Build and manage pipelines, workflows, automations
- Manage user permissions, lists, sequences, and integrations
- Improve CRM automation to reduce admin time for the sales team
Sales Operations Support
- Prepare proposals, quotes, agreements, and sales documents
- Create dashboards, KPIs, activity tracking, and reports in HubSpot
- Support outbound & inbound lead assignment and follow-up tasks
- Monitor pipeline movement and flag bottlenecks
- Maintain updated SOPs, templates, and sales materials
- Reporting & Revenue Analytics
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting
- Analyse conversion rates, pipeline velocity, sales activity
- Assist leadership with revenue projections and insights
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Work with Marketing to maintain lead flow and lifecycle accuracy
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Support Finance with contract accuracy, pricing compliance, and data checks
???? What You Need to Succeed
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (admin-level)
- Ability to build automations, workflows, lists, dashboards
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability
- Excellent English communication skills
- Very organised, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable working AU business hours or partial overlap
- Bonus Skills (Not Required but Highly Valued)
- Experience supporting AU/UK/US sales teams
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, recycling, industrial services, or SaaS
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Canva
- Experience preparing sales proposals, quoting, or tenders
- Process mapping or SOP documentation experience
