Fast-growing US career coaching business needs a Go High Level (GHL) expert to build our sales funnels and automations - NOW.

We're generating 150+ leads/week but our GHL setup needs to be built out properly. We need someone who can take requirements and execute fast - building funnels, workflows, and automations that actually work.

This is a hands-on technical builder role. If you know GHL inside and out and love seeing automations go live, this is for you.

???? YOUR FIRST 2 WEEKS

Build our core sales infrastructure in GHL:

PRIORITY 1: Sales Funnel Setup
• Build lead capture pages and forms in GHL
• Set up pipeline stages for sales process
• Create booking funnels for discovery calls
• Connect Facebook ads to ---------- lead flow

PRIORITY 2: Sales Automation
• Build automated nurture sequences (email + SMS)
• Set up appointment reminders and confirmations
• Create no-show follow-up workflows
• Build lead routing and assignment automation

PRIORITY 3: Basic Reporting
• Set up pipeline tracking
• Create simple dashboard for key metrics
• Ensure data flows correctly

SUCCESS = Within 2 weeks, our sales process runs on automation from lead ? call ? follow-up.

FUNNELS & WEBSITES (40%)
• Sales funnels and landing pages in GHL
• Opt-in pages and lead magnets
• Booking pages and scheduling flows
• Website pages in GHL site builder

AUTOMATIONS & WORKFLOWS (40%)
• Email and SMS sequences
• Trigger-based workflows
• Pipeline automation
• Integration with other tools (Zapier/Make if needed)

OPTIMIZATION & SUPPORT (20%)
• Test and refine what you build
• Fix issues quickly
• Make improvements based on performance
• Document your work

? YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU:

TECHNICAL SKILLS (REQUIRED):
? Go High Level expert - you know this platform inside and out (8-10/10 proficiency)
? Can build complex automations and workflows independently
? Know GHL's funnel builder and can create professional pages/sites
? Comfortable with triggers, conditions, and workflow logic
? Can troubleshoot when things break

WORK STYLE (REQUIRED):
? Fast executor - you build things quickly without sacrificing quality
? Take projects to completion - you don't leave things half-done
? Proactive - you spot issues and fix them before being asked
? Strong communicator - you explain what you're building clearly
? Track tasks well - you know what's done, in progress, and next

NICE TO HAVE:
? Good design sense (things you build look professional, not amateur)
? Can write decent email copy (or improve what's provided)
? Dashboard/analytics experience
? Experience with service/coaching business funnels

???? REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years working extensively with Go High Level
• Proven track record building funnels and automations
• Portfolio or examples of GHL work you've done
• Experience with sales/marketing funnels (not just informational sites)

TECHNICAL:
• Go High Level (GHL) - MUST be 8-10/10 proficiency
• GHL funnel/website builder
• Workflow automation in GHL
• Email/SMS automation
• Integration tools (Zapier, Make) - helpful but not required

COMPETENCIES:
• Fast turnaround time - can build and iterate quickly
• Detail-oriented - automations work correctly
• Self-directed - minimal hand-holding needed
• Strong follow-through - completes what you start
• Clear communication in English

PRIMARY:
• Go High Level (this is 90% of your work)

SECONDARY:
• Facebook Ads (lead source - you don't run ads, just connect them)
• Google Suite (communication and documentation)
• Project management tool (ClickUp or similar - for task tracking)

If you're not a GHL expert, this role is not for you.

? DETAILS

SCHEDULE:
• 15-20 hours/week
• Flexible hours with some overlap during US Eastern Time
• Typically evenings Philippines time for check-ins
• Fast-paced - we need things built quickly

RATE: $8-12/hour USD (based on experience and demonstrated GHL expertise)

LOCATION: Remote (Philippines preferred, stable internet required)

START: Immediate (within 1 week)

RELATIONSHIP: You'll work directly with the founder initially. As we grow, you may work alongside an operations manager or this could evolve into a broader operations role.

2. WORKFLOW DESIGN (15 minutes)
Design a simple automation workflow for a specific scenario we'll provide. Show us how you think through automation logic.

3. PIPELINE SETUP PLAN (15 minutes)
Outline how you'd structure a sales pipeline in GHL for our business based on a brief we provide.

Total time: ~45 minutes
