Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Consulting Closer who is fluent in American English and passionate about helping business owners succeed. The ideal candidate knows how to ask the right questions to uncover the obstacles holding a business back and is adept at guiding prospects through a structured sales framework that emphasizes value first.
This is not just a sales role—it’s a consultative position where your goal is to understand, diagnose, and connect the business owner’s needs to the solutions we provide. You genuinely care about helping people, and your conversations reflect that.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery calls with business owners to identify pain points, challenges, and growth blockers.
Guide prospects through our consultative sales framework, emphasizing value creation and ROI.
Clearly articulate the benefits and outcomes of our consulting services while building trust and credibility.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client.
Maintain detailed notes on each conversation to track client needs, objections, and follow-ups.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and ethical sales practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in American English (spoken and written).
Strong consultative sales or closing experience, preferably in business services or consulting.
Exceptional questioning and listening skills—able to uncover the true challenges of a business.
Ability to focus on value rather than pushing products.
High emotional intelligence and genuine desire to help others succeed.
Comfortable following a structured sales framework, while remaining flexible and adaptive.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation & Structure:
Base salary to start, providing stability during training and ramp-up.
Commission added on top after completing the 10-close trial period (a full hiring assessment).
Initially may start part-time, but the role is expected to transition to full-time.
Must be available for calls and client meetings, which may require a variable schedule.
