JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Marketing Specialist. This is a remote, entry-to-mid-level position for a creative professional who is passionate about both design, marketing and performance and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About Us:
Plain Simple CRM is a performance-based marketing firm providing small businesses boost sales through lead generation and lead nurturing through marketing software (GHL CRM, automations and AI) and marketing strategies (PPC/ads, email marketing, SEO, social media). Current clients are in real estate, e-commerce, and service. Strong focus on marketing. We are start-up located in USA.
Key Responsibilities:
• Branding: Develop branding for clients, including style, colors, fonts, logo, etc.
• Website & Funnel Design & Development: Proficient in front-end and back-end development, with expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and GoHighLevel's website builder.
• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching marketing materials for both internal and client needs using Canva and Photoshop, Indesign (e.g., social media, email, flyers).
• SEO: Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and track relevant metrics.
• Marketing: Must understand marketing principles and metrics that lead into conversations.
• Website & Email Systems: Manage website hosting (monitoring uptime) and set up back-end email systems.
• Integrations: Understand and implement integrations between various systems and GoHighLevel.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest tools and technologies, including AI technologies for content creation.
• Communication: Maintain strong internal and professional client communication.
• Softwares: Canva, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Clickup, GoHighLevel.
• Video Editing skills are a plus!
