Are you a hospitality pro with a polished phone voice, a calm under pressure demeanor, and a knack for guest satisfaction? We’re a boutique hotel group looking for a Virtual Front Desk Assistant to be the friendly, capable voice of our hotels — no matter where you're working from.
If you've handled hotel bookings, talked guests through check-ins over the phone, and know how to keep your cool when someone calls at midnight because they can’t figure out the keyless entry — we want to hear from you.
Your Day-to-Day:
Answer Inbound Calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Handle Reservations across platforms like Airbnb,
Assist Guests Remotely with check-in/check-out, lock codes, parking questions, and more
Respond Promptly to Inquiries via phone,
Monitor Listing Performance and availability across booking platforms
Coordinate with On-Site Teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations
You Must Have:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice
1+ year of experience in a hotel front desk or vacation rental management role
Experience working with platforms like Airbnb,
Confidence handling guest issues with tact and a hospitality-first mindset
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and respond quickly
Bonus Points For:
Experience using hotel PMS or channel managers (Cloudbeds, Mews, etc.)
Knowledge of hospitality trends and guest communication best practices
Comfortable handling light admin work and reporting
What We Offer:
$400/month starting pay, with room to grow based on performance
Paid in USD via Wise or Western Union
Full-time schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Remote position – work from anywhere with strong internet and a quiet space
