The role
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer (Meta Ads) who can structure, launch, test and scale campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
You will be responsible for turning our winning products and creatives into profitable campaigns and following clear SOPs that we provide.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Set up, manage and optimise campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Create and structure campaigns, ad sets and ads using our creatives and ad copy
- Prepare and run A/B tests (creatives, copy, audiences, bidding, etc.)
- Monitor performance daily and:
- Kill losing ads/ad sets based on clear rules
- Scale winning ads/ad sets in a controlled way
- Document learnings, insights and test results
- Suggest new angles, creatives or audiences based on data
- Escalate issues (disapprovals, tracking problems, sudden drops) to the manager
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Meta Ads specialist
- Experience with e-commerce / dropshipping is a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Comfortable working with KPIs, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, etc.
- Able to work with SOPs, follow processes and give feedback if something can be improved
- Familiar with ChatGPT to create or test ad copy variations
- Familiar with TimeDoctor or similar productivity tracking tools
- Strong written and spoken English
- Independent, detail-oriented and reliable
