We train Account Executives and Enterprise Sales professionals to scale their income by installing elite systems for pipeline, discovery, deal strategy, and career growth.
We produce high-volume daily content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Our goal: Scale to $10M/year through organic content.
To do that, we are building a Content Factory — and we need a world-class Content Director to run it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Content Director who will own the entire content production pipeline.
This is not a simple editor job.
This is a strategic + operational leadership role for someone who can:
Turn raw recordings into high-performing content
Manage a global team of editors and creators
Build and optimize systems
Oversee daily output of 80–120 content assets
Manage posting across all platforms
Analyze performance and refine strategy
If you are an experienced content operator who understands social media deeply and knows how to scale output at volume — this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy
Build monthly content calendar
Plan and outline long-form content topics
Research audience, competitors, and trends
Develop hooks, angles, and performance-driven content ideas
Review analytics and refine content themes
Content Operations
Manage daily production of long-form and short-form videos
Extract key
Lead editors, clippers, designers, and platform managers
Maintain brand voice, quality, and consistency
Approve content before posting
Ensure 80–120 pieces of content are ready for daily publishing (across platforms)
Leadership & Management
Run daily standup meetings
Assign tasks and hold team accountable
Maintain SOPs and workflows
Set weekly content performance targets
Hire additional tea
Analytics
Track performance on TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X,
Identify top-performing posts for replication
Build weekly analytics reports
Recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Deep understanding of short-form content
Ability to identify strong hooks and compelling angles
Experience managing creative teams
Strong project management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, Hootsuite, etc.)
Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn algorithms
Ability to give constructive creative feedback
Nice-to-Have Experience
Worked with influencers, creators, or personal brands
Led content teams producing 30–100 clips/day
Experience editing YouTube videos or directing editors
Experience with long-form podcast editing
Experience in coaching, education, or B2B content

COMPENSATION
$2,000–$3,000 USD per month
Full-time, remote
