Part-Time Cold Calling Sales Rep / Real Estate (Land)

3-Month Contract | 20 hrs/week | Opportunity to Extend

Position Details:

- Pay: $10/hour + weekly performance bonuses
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (20 hours per week) EASTERN TIME ZONE
- Contract: 3-month contract with opportunity to extend
- Payment: Weekly (Mondays via ---------- )
- Start Date: ASAP

Role Responsibilities:

Cold Calling (Primary Focus)
- Call landowners to identify selling interest
- Build rapport and gather property details
- Qualify motivated sellers and identify potential deals

Lead Qualification
- Identify motivated sellers
- Segment prospects and move qualified opportunities forward

CRM & Reporting
- Log conversations and update records in the CRM
- Share notes and insights with the acquisitions team

Process Adherence
- Follow call workflows and company processes
- Provide feedback on messaging and lead quality

Collaboration
- Communicate with the team through internal chat
- Stay aligned with acquisition goals and pipeline targets

Attendance & Performance
- Hubstaff Monitoring: Tracks time, activity, and screenshots
- Punctuality is crucial: 3-strike rule. No-call/no-show = termination
- Communication: Active communication in GChat is expected

Role Requirements:

Experience
- Required: Real estate experience
- Required: At least 6 months of outbound sales or cold calling experience

Reliable Work Setup
- Hard-wired internet connection (Ethernet) required for call quality and system performance
- High-speed internet
- Working camera
- Noise-canceling headset
