About the Company
Delivery Group Inc. is a US-based fulfillment and logistics company in Kentucky. We provide pick & pack, warehousing, and Amazon FBA prep services for e-commerce brands. We're growing fast and need a reliable SDR to handle inbound sales calls from Amazon sellers looking for a prep partner.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries from Amazon sellers in the US and Canada
- Qualify leads by asking about their products, order volume, and current pain points
- Explain our FBA prep services: labelling, poly-bagging, shrink-wrapping, bundling, kitting, insert placement, carton forwarding, and Amazon compliance
- Book qualified leads for onboarding or discovery calls with our US team
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate notes and pipeline info
- Hit monthly targets for qualified leads and booked meetings
Requirements
- 1–2+ years in sales, SDR, or voice-based customer service (BPO experience counts)
- Excellent English – spoken and written – with a clear, neutral accent
- Confident on the phone; able to have real conversations, not just read scripts
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace at home
- Willing to work US hours (Eastern Time – night shift PH)
- Experience with any CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Preferred but Not Required
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Seller Central, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Experience working with US-based logistics or 3PL clients
- Background in outbound sales or upselling
