JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and help transform complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, manage back-end data processes, and integrate data from multiple systems including Agency Zoom, AMS 360, and RingCentral. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and business-savvy, able to translate data into meaningful visualizations that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders.
~ Pull, clean, and structure data from various sources to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.
~ Integrate APIs from platforms such as Agency Zoom, AMS 360, RingCentral, and other business systems.
~ Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, performance issues, and reporting errors.
~ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions.
~ Document processes, dashboards, and data sources for team transparency and continuity.
~ Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

~ Proven experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
~ Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
~ Experience integrating data from APIs and other third-party platforms.
~ Familiarity with platforms like Agency Zoom, AMS 360, RingCentral, or similar systems is a plus.
~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
~ Strong communication skills; able to translate technical findings into business insights.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

~ Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
~ Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (Python, Power Automate, etc.).
~ Prior experience in insurance, finance, or agency management systems.
