Your job is to respond to every relevant comment and DM on our social channels, engage with followers daily, and turn our social channels into an active community.
This is for someone who’s fast, friendly, emotionally intelligent, and consistent. If you ghost comments, this is not your role.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Daily Community Engagement (Core of the Role)
Respond to comments on every post (Instagram,
Respond to DMs and inbox messages promptly, professionally, and in our brand voice
Proactively engage with followers (likes, replies, thoughtful follow-up comments)
Escalate sensitive/legal/urgent issues to management (no legal advice, no promises, no debates)
You'll provide Content & Publishing Support
Publish posts/Reels/Stories per our content calendar
Write captions that sound human not like a robot
Brand Voice & Reputation Management
Handle trolls, hostile commenters, and misinformation with calm professionalism
Use an “always-on” customer-service mindset while protecting the brand
Reporting & Optimization
Track daily engagement activity (comments replied, response time, DM volume)
Weekly reporting: follower growth, engagement rate, top-performing posts, FAQs from comments/DMs
Identify repeat questions and propose FAQ content ideas (turn comments into content)
What You Will NOT Do
You will not give legal advice, predict outcomes, or discuss case strategy.
You will not argue with people online. We win cases, not comment wars.
You will not share private client info or engage with anything that risks confidentiality.
