Collect and verify intake information (contact details, i
Schedule consultations accurately and confirm appointments (including reminders and follow-ups).
Document everything in our CRM (Lawmatics) and case management system (MyCase) with clean notes, tags, and tasks.
Follow up with leads who didn’t schedule or didn’t show (calls/text/email sequences).
Coordinate handoff to the Sales Team/Legal Team as appropriate (you tee it up; they close).
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Hit activity and quality standards (speed to lead, conversion to consult, show rate, documentation accuracy).
