Graphic Designer – Perfect Selection Marketing (PSM)

Role overview
We’re looking for a creative, fast, and reliable graphic designer who can make clean, eye-catching designs for ecommerce brands. Think flyers, social media posts, ad creatives, email graphics, and simple website assets.

Your job is to take brand guidelines, product photos, and ideas from the team and turn them into designs that look professional and help our clients sell more.

What you’ll do

* Design flyers and promo graphics for sales, drops, and events
* Create social media posts and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Design ad creatives for Meta and other platforms (single images, carousels, simple graphic ads)
* Make graphics for email campaigns (banners, headers, product layouts)
* Use each brand’s fonts, colors, and style so everything feels consistent
* Turn rough notes, references, or sketches into polished designs
* Make revisions based on feedback from the team and clients
* Keep files organized in Google Drive so they’re easy to find and reuse

Tools

* Work in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (whatever you’re best in)
* Use Google Drive to share and organize assets

What we’re looking for

* Good eye for layout, spacing, and clean design
* Experience designing for social media and online ads
* Strong sense of typography and color
* Able to follow a brand guide but also bring your own ideas
* Fast, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
* Open to feedback and comfortable making changes
* Bonus if you understand what makes a design “high converting” for ecommerce

Nice to have

* Experience working with ecommerce or apparel brands
* Basic skills in short-form video or simple motion graphics
* Experience designing for email platforms like Klaviyo
