JOB OVERVIEW

Type of Employment:
Hourly – Part-time or Full-time (LIVE scribing during clinic hours)

Hourly Rate:
$5.00 USD per hour
(Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or your preferred method)
Raises available every 6–12 months based on performance.

Hours Per Week:
30–40 hours/week depending on clinic load.

Work Schedule (LIVE)

Our clinic hours (Mountain Time, UTC-7):
Tue, Thu, Sat — 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (end times may vary)

U.S. Clinic Time PH Time
Tue 7 AM–5 PM Tue 10 PM ? Wed 8 AM
Thu 7 AM–5 PM Thu 10 PM ? Fri 8 AM
Sat 7 AM–5 PM Sat 10 PM ? Sun 8 AM
???? About Saturday Nights (Philippines Time)

We respect that this shift is on Saturday night.

You will usually have Sunday day, Monday, Wednesday, Friday OFF.

Job Description

Our IR/Vein clinics in Texas (USA) need a LIVE medical scribe to join patient visits through secure audio (Zoom) and document directly in our EMR (AdvancedMD).

You will create using templates and macros:

New consult notes
Follow-up notes
Ultrasound summaries
Procedure notes
Referral messages to PCPs
Post-procedure updates

Full training provided.

Qualifications
Required:
Excellent written English
Fast typing (50+ WPM)
Medical terminology knowledge
Healthcare or scribe experience
Reliable internet for overnight shifts
Ability to work Tue/Thu/Sat nights (PH time)

Preferred:
BSN or nursing background
Scribe experience in U.S. clinics
Familiarity with vascular/ultrasound terminology
EMR experience (bonus: AdvancedMD)
