JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone who can run the backend of the business without hand-holding. This is not a basic VA role. You must be able to build systems, keep them running, and keep everything organized so nothing gets forgotten or lost.

What you will handle
Daily operations across email, lead collection, and internal workflows.
Keeping SOPs updated and tightening any weak points in the system.
Building and maintaining Zapier automations.
Managing lead collectors and making sure numbers are accurate.
Keeping inboxes clean, replying with templates, and never missing messages.
Running weekly checks to catch issues before they turn into problems.
Keeping files, data, trackers, and processes organized at all times.
Reporting key numbers clearly each week.

What you must already be good at
Zapier, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, Airtable.
Creating structure and fixing messy systems.
Writing clear SOPs on your own.
Managing people and enforcing standards.
Catching mistakes fast and solving them without being told.
Strong English writing and communication.
High attention to detail and zero task-forgetting.

What success looks like
Operations run smoothly without reminders.
Automations stay working and documented.
Lead collectors stay on target.
No missed messages.
You find and fix problems before anyone else sees them.
