Important Clarification
Our 1,000+ monthly leads are inbound — generated by SEO and organic channels.
That is separate from outbound lead generation.
Your Role = Outbound Lead Gen

You will support outbound campaigns for:
1 Internal Pearl Lemon businesses
SEO, lead gen, PR, legal, accounting, property, gaming, cafés, and more.

2 Client campaigns across multiple industries
Finance, SaaS, home services, education, consulting, e-commerce — both UK and global.
Outbound is its own powerhouse — and you will be part of the team running it.

Role Overview — Lead Generation Intern (Cold Email + LinkedIn Outreach)
Your mission is straightforward:
Plan, execute, optimise, and scale outbound outreach that generates conversations and booked calls.
You will work inside Pearl Lemon Leads, our outbound division, learning the same frameworks we use to execute campaigns for paying clients.
Expect to become competent in:
Cold email platforms
LinkedIn outreach systems
Prospect research
Contact enrichment
CRM management
Messaging and follow-ups
KPI tracking
Testing and iteration

This is an internship for builders, not observers.
What You'll Be Doing
Cold Email Execution

Learn how to:
Build and enrich targeted B2B lists
Identify decision-makers
Personalise messaging at scale
Warm up inboxes and maintain deliverability
Launch cold campaigns
Analyse open, reply, and conversion metrics


LinkedIn Outreach
You’ll run multi-step outreach flows across various niches:
Connection strategies
Value-led messaging
Conversation handling
Lead qualification

CRM & Pipeline Ownership
You’ll maintain real leads inside our CRM:
Manage responses

Move prospects through stages
Book calls for sales teams
Track outbound KPIs

Rapid Experimentation

What Success Looks Like (Your First 3 Months)
Month 1 — Foundations & Execution
You’ll learn:
How outbound pipelines work
How to pull prospect lists
How to write and send cold messages
How to manage CRM entries properly
How to run internal outreach campaigns

By the end of Month 1, you should be confidently launching campaigns and handling basic replies.

Month 2 — Optimization & Ownership
You’ll begin:
Suggesting improvements to sequences
Proposing new campaign ideas
Running LinkedIn outreach with minimal oversight
Tracking performance metrics independently
Handling more complex prospect responses


By the end of Month 2, your work directly contributes to both internal and client campaigns.

Month 3 — Strategy & Autonomy
You’ll begin:
Building outbound sequences from scratch
Managing full micro-campaigns independently
Running experiments and reporting results
Supporting sales teams with qualified leads
Refining messaging across industries


By the end of Month 3, you’ll operate like a junior SDR or lead gen specialist — with the portfolio to prove it.
