JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based Retail Design Agency building a core team of designers in the Philippines. We design Point of Purchase (POP) displays and store fixtures for major global brands.

We are looking for "Builders," not just graphic designers. We need a long-term tea ---------- mber who can take a sketch and turn it into a manufacturing-ready 3D model.

Day Shift Hours: You will work standard Philippines business hours (approx 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PH Time). You receive briefs at the start of your day and submit them by the end of your day.

Professional Growth: You will work on projects for top-tier US brands.

Responsibilities:

Sketch to 3D: Receive video briefs and sketches from our US Creative Director and convert them into 3D models.

Technical Design: Use SolidWorks to build models that are ready for manufacturing (understanding material thickness for wood, acrylic, and metal).

Rendering: Create high-quality renders (KeyShot/V-Ray) for client presentations.

Requirements:

Software: Expert in SolidWorks (Non-negotiable) and rendering software (KeyShot/V-Ray).

Experience: Must have a portfolio showing Retail Displays, POP, or Furniture. (Please do not apply if your portfolio is only architectural interiors).

English: Excellent written and verbal English is required to understand video instructions.

Equipment: You must have a workstation powerful enough to handle complex 3D rendering.

Portfolio Review: We verify your experience with retail structures.

Paid Test: Top candidates will be paid ($50 USD) to complete a 3-hour design test.

Hired: Successful candidates join our team immediately.
