JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us find and qualify business owners on Instagram for our marketing agency.

If you know how to find real companies on Instagram, clean data, and use tools like Apify or PhantomBuster — you’ll love this role.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll follow a clear workflow to find high-quality business owners who would be great fits for our services.

Daily Goal: 10 qualified, verified business leads
Weekly Goal: 50 total

Your daily tasks:
1. Find real business accounts on Instagram using hashtags and Google Maps
(Examples: #realtor, #landscapingbusiness, #businesscoach, #marketingconsultant)
2. Save profile info to Google Sheets (business name, URL, location, notes)
3. Scrape data from each profile using Apify or PhantomBuster
4. Enrich data with Clearbit or Apollo (company size, revenue, email, website)
5. Score each lead (1–3) based on quality and potential fit
6. Clean up the list and remove duplicates or fake accounts

You:
• Have experience doing Instagram or LinkedIn lead generation
• Know how to verify real businesses (not influencers or spam)
• Are comfortable using scrapers or enrichment tools
• Have strong attention to detail and follow instructions precisely
• Communicate clearly and deliver on time
• Have reliable internet and are available 2–3 hours per day

• Part-Time: ~10 hours per week
• Flexible schedule, but must deliver 10 qualified leads per day

• Starting Rate: $4–5/hour (depending on experience)
• Performance Bonus: eligible after first 2 weeks for consistent delivery
• Paid weekly through OnlineJobs or Wise
