We are hiring a Marketing Manager who excels at UGC sourcing, social media posting, creative testing, and Meta Ads optimization. This person will be hands-on inside Ads Manager and across all content channels.
? What You’ll Do
UGC + Creative Production
Source, manage, and communicate with UGC creators weekly.
Organize, tag, and store video content for Meta ads, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Run all videos through tools like Opus Clips, add captions/text, and ensure clean, mistake-free language.
Generate new video, photo, and static creatives every week.
Repurpose long-form content into short-form Reels/TikToks.
Social Media Management
Post daily across Instagram, TikTok,
Write captions and schedule content inside Meta Business Suite/Planoly/Later.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, posting cadence, and seasonal content plan.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and support community-style content.
Meta Ads + Creative Testing
Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (ABO/CBO).
Test new creatives, hooks, angles, and formats weekly.
Analyze winners/losers quickly and make data-driven decisions.
Report on CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, MER, and creative-level performance.
Scale winning creatives and turn UGC into high-converting ads.
Marketing & Operations Support
Work closely with the CEO to align promotions, weather trends, and inventory levels.
Coordinate creative for seasonal pushes (Black Friday, winter spikes, cold fronts, etc.).
Maintain a weekly content calendar across ads + organic channels.
Pull simple reports from Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets.
? You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have 2–4+ years experience in social media, UGC, or paid media for e-commerce brands.
Have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (not just outsourcing to agencies).
Are comfortable giving creative direction and briefing UGC creators.
Can edit short-form videos (mobile tools or Premiere/CapCut).
Are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and fast.
Love testing new creative ideas and tracking what works.
Can work independently and thrive in a nimble, fast-moving DTC environment.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with heated apparel, outdoor brands, or seasonal ecommerce
Experience with TikTok Ads
Knowledge of Klaviyo
Strong eye for visual storytelling
