Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team, ensuring all KPIs and performance standards are met
Enforce processes to maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery
Monitor daily operations and quickly address performance gaps
Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to keep the team on track
Ensure tasks are completed with strong follow through and attention to detail
Keeps everyone aligned with our established model
Report progress, issues, and wins to senior leadership
Requirements
5+ years managing teams in operations, customer service, admin, or similar environments
Strong understanding of performance management and KPI enforcement
Excellent follow through, organization, and problem solving skills
Comfortable enforcing rules, deadlines, and structure
Stable career history with a track record of meeting goals
Prefers execution over strategy, and consistency over reinvention
Experience working with remote teams is a plus
