Role Summary
This is a systems + client communication + account management role — not a content creator position.
You will manage client accounts, communication, scheduling, and internal workflows to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Client Account Management
- Manage client social media accounts (posting, engagement monitoring, reporting)
- Ensure content is scheduled properly and on time
- Track performance and growth metrics
- Client Communication
- Send updates, answer questions, gather assets
- Maintain proactive communication cadence

- Manage social media operations inbox
- Route, respond, and organize communication efficiently
