MGF Health Hub is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-stack marketing operator to take full ownership of our campaigns, content, lead generation, and community engagement.
If you’re a proactive, creative, strategy-driven marketer who wants to shape a brand (not just “run tasks”), this is your opportunity to lead the entire marketing function inside a premium, culture-first health hub.
???? The Role
A high-autonomy, high-impact position where you will:
1. Own Campaign Strategy
Plan, map + execute campaigns end-to-end
Build timelines, messaging, creative angles
Pitch ideas + drive outcomes across all channels
2. Lead Community & Event Marketing
Build buzz around MGF events & activations
Translate culture into high-engagement
Work with coaches to elevate member experience
3. Lead Generation
Run Meta + Google Ads
Drive consistent weekly leads
Improve CPL + funnel performance
4. Create Content
Film & edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
Design on-brand graphics (Canva)
Write copy for ads, captions,
Manage the monthly content calendar
5. Manage GHL + Funnels
Build workflows & automations
Maintain landing pages and nurture sequences
Keep dashboards accurate and clear
