About the Role
Mints Ads and Swiss CRM are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize payment systems, product listings, and sales performance across multiple platforms. This role is critical to ensuring smooth payment processing, accurate product management, and effective order fulfillment operations. You’ll collaborate with marketing, customer support, and technical teams to sustain efficient daily operations, maximize transaction success rates, and maintain high-quality product content across all e-commerce channels.??
What You’ll Do?
Optimize payment routing multiple times per day to maximize transaction approval rates.
Execute daily reruns of declined transactions and analyze reasons for failures.?Add, test, and monitor new merchant accounts (MIDs), descriptors, and payment alerts.
Identify and resolve issues such as dead MIDs or disabled gateways.
Monitor and respond to real-time fraud alerts.
Conduct website reviews and investigate suspicious customer behavior.
Perform malicious URL flagging checks.
Review and flag potentially fraudulent orders or customer profiles.
Confirm daily fulfillment status and resolve stuck orders.
Retrieve missing tracking numbers for customer support cases.
Process refunds for duplicate or invalid orders.
Handle ad hoc affiliate network requests and operational inquiries.
Monitor
Watch for spam or traffic spikes and report anomalies to technical teams.
Maintain reporting stats and operational dashboards.
Manage product cards (listings) on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces — including creating, editing, and removing products, updating images and descriptions, and monitoring content accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize product visibility, pricing, and sales performance on marketplaces.
Participate in recurring operations and marketing meetings, providing insights and recommendations.??
What We’re Looking For?
2+ years of experience in payment processing, e-commerce operations, or marketplace management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant accounts, and transaction workflows.
Experience managing and optimizing product listings, content, and inventory across platforms.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to optimize workflows.
Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and proactive approach.??
Nice to Have?
Familiarity with fraud detection tools and risk management methodologies.
Experience with WordPress, ShipStation, Mailgun, or other fulfillment and
Knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance standards.
Background in high-volume e-commerce or marketplace environments.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).??
