We're an established independent music retailer based in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in musical instruments, equipment, and accessories. With over 20,000 product listings and almost a hundred partner brands, we're entering a phase of significant e-commerce growth and looking for a talented marketing specialist to join our team and help us become Australia's leading independent music retailer online.

The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale our Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and overall digital marketing strategy. This is a critical role in our 2026 growth plan as we ramp up our e-commerce operations and expand our online presence.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience managing paid advertising and media buying
- Strong track record with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management
- Deep understanding of the Australian market
- Campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
Highly Valued Skills:
- Web development experience (especially Shopify) - BIG PLUS
- Graphic design capabilities
- TikTok Ads experience
- Music background or passion for musical instruments
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and conversion optimization
- SEO and content marketing knowledge
Role Details:
- Position Type: Full-time, Remote
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day, starting around 7:00 AM PHT (aligned with Australian business hours)
- Rate is negotiable depending on experience
- Start Date: ASAP
What We're Looking For:
Someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and can work independently to drive results. Given our large catalog and diverse brand portfolio, we need someone who can proactively suggest what marketing strategies to implement, what campaigns to scale, and what to start or stop doing. You'll be working closely with our e-commerce team to create campaigns that generate revenue, optimize our marketing funnel, and help us scale aggressively in 2026.
