Role Mission:
Build, maintain and optimize all backend systems—funnels, automations, tags, data models and metrics—to ensure a seamless customer journey across the value ladder.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, checkout flows,
• Architect n8n workflows to sync data between Social Media Platforms, Beacons, GHL, Airtable, Notion and Circle/Skool; implement error handling and version control.
• Develop and maintain Airtable bases, relations and interfaces to track contacts, offers, revenue and metrics; build dashboards for KPIs.
• Configure ManyChat flows and integrate DM automations with GHL tags.
• Integrate Stripe/PayPal and handle webhooks for purchases, refunds and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with Content & Community Manager to ensure tagging rules and automations align with marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools:
• Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Kajabi or similar).
• n8n or Zapier/Integrate proficiency—ability to build conditional workflows, webhooks, error handling and API calls.
• Database design: comfortable building relational structures in Airtable or a similar tool.
• Basic scripting (JavaScript or Python) for custom automations; ability to read API docs.
• Familiarity with Slack, GoHighLevel, N8N, Stripe, ManyChat, Circle or Skool.
• Data analysis skills and ability to create dashboards in Airtable Interfaces or BI tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools (OpenAI, Notion AI) for summarization and drafting.
• Excellent written English; ability to write clear SOPs and documentation.
Required Past Experience:
• Highly skilled with building funnels and automations for course creators, coaches or online businesses.
• Managed CRM migrations or complex multi step funnels.
• Built or maintained Airtable/Coda/Notion systems.
• Integrated payment processors and membership platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Funnel uptime and error rate (99 % uptime; <2 % error on automations).
• Time to implement new campaigns/funnels (measured in days).
• List growth rate and contact data completeness.
• Conversion rates between funnel stages; CLTV and churn improvements.
• Accuracy and timeliness of weekly/monthly dashboard updates.
• Quality and completeness of technical documentation.
