JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled VA who specializes in social media growth and consistent inbound lead generation for a home-service business (garage doors). This role focuses ONLY on marketing—not admin.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Tik Tok, LinkedIn & Next Door etc...

Manage comments, messages, and inquiries

Must Generate local leads through targeted outreach, groups, and engagement

Run ad campaigns to generate leads

Track content performance and improve engagement

Update Google Business Profile with posts, photos, and reviews

Grow brand presence across local community pages

Find and message potential leads (buyer intent posts, local groups, etc.)

Qualifications:

Strong experience with social media marketing

Knows how to drive inbound leads organically

Excellent written English

Ability to follow branding and tone

Fast turnaround time, reliable communication

Experience with home-service businesses

Skilled in Canva or Photoshop (graphics)

Skilled in CapCut, VN, Adobe, or similar video-editing software

Capable of producing clean, professional content
