???? What You Will Own (Full Responsibility)
1. AI Corey — Full AI Avatar of Our Founder

You will build and maintain:

? A hyper-realistic digital avatar
? Voice clone identical to our founder
? Ability to read scripts or auto-generate scripts
? Ability to place AI Corey in any environment (office, city, desk, outdoor, etc.)
? Auto-posting to YouTube, TikTok, FB, IG, LinkedIn
? Auto-captions, branding, and CTA overlays
? Lead attribution into Zoho CRM per video
? Automated performance tracking dashboards

This will become a core marketing engine of the firm.

Platforms you may use:
HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, ElevenLabs, Topaz, Pika Labs, VISO Suite, or equivalent.

2. AI Marketing Automation Systems

You will build:
- AI SEO content generators
- AI script generators for YouTube
- Social media auto-posting engines
- LinkedIn outreach automations
- Lead scoring, routing, and attribution in Zoho CRM
- Chatbots & funnel automations
- Email & SMS nurturing sequences

3. AI Accounting & CFO Automation Systems

Our clients use QuickBooks Online, not Zoho Books.
We integrate QBO with:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Projects
- Zoho Creator
- Google Workspace
- Bank & payroll APIs
- CRM pipelines
- Document intake automations
- Approval workflows

You will build:

Show your architecture in text-diagram form.

Section 3 — PDF ? AI ? CRM/QBO Extraction System

Explain how you would build:
- Google Drive ? webhook listener

- LLM structured extraction (function calling or JSON mode)
- Validation with Pydantic
- Push into Zoho CRM
- Push into QBO via API

Provide sample code if possible.

Section 4 — Marketing Automation System

Explain how you would build:

- LinkedIn outreach automation
- Lead attribution tracking

Section 5 — Experience Check

Provide examples of:
- n8n workflows you’ve built
- Python backends you’ve built
- LLM automations you’ve built
- RAG pipelines you’ve built
- Any AI avatar or marketing-related automations
- Any QBO, Zoho, CRM, or finance integrations

Links to code or portfolio are highly valued.

Section 6 — Availability

Confirm:
- You can work CST hours
- You can overlap daily with the founder
- You are looking for long-term full-time work

Section 7 — Bonus (Not Required but Highly Valued)

Show a 10–30 second AI avatar demo you’ve created before.
If not possible, show a simple Python snippet that calls an LLM for structured extraction.

We will review only the top 3–5% who complete this test in detail.
