JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant with solid experience in FBA, product sourcing, wholesale account management, and Amazon Seller Central operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Conduct product research for profitable wholesale products
Contact and open accounts with brand owners, distributors, and wholesalers
Analyze products using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp (SAS), Helium 10, etc.
Prepare and manage FBA shipments
Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels
Handle restock planning and replenishment
Manage Seller Central tasks (listings, uploads, case logs, etc.)
Maintain spreadsheets and reporting
Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal team

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Amazon Wholesale VA
Proficiency in Amazon FBA workflow
Strong product research and data analysis skills
Familiarity with Keepa, SAS, or similar tools
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Stable internet connection
