Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive new business growth within our wholesale division. This role focuses on identifying untapped opportunities, building outbound pipelines, and improving sales processes. You will play a key role in expanding wholesale presence and increasing revenue through both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities (retailers, boutiques, distributors)
- Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound outreach and partnerships
- Build and manage lead generation pipelines
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute growth strategies
- Implement outbound initiatives such as cold calling and
- Continuously optimize performance
Sales Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in the sales funnel
- Improve follow-ups and closing processes
- Build scalable and repeatable systems
Team Training & Development
- Train and support sales tea
- Develop scripts and outreach frameworks
- Ensure accountability and execution
Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics (leads, conversions, revenue)
- Provide insights and reporting
- Use data to guide decisions
Qualifications
- Experience in sales development, business development, or account management
- Proven ability to generate leads and support or close deals
- Strong outbound sales experience
- Organized and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wholesale, jewelry, or B2B retail sales
- Experience working with boutiques or retail stores
- Familiarity with CRM tools
