JOB OVERVIEW

NOW HIRING: AI Content + Automation Specialist (Part-Time Contractor)

I’m looking for ONE powerhouse person who can support me across my brands and help scale our automation, content, and community engagement.

This role will handle:

AI Content Creation
Creating short-form videos, captions, social scripts, course content, and branded assets using AI tools.
GHL Automations
Building workflows, funnels, email/SMS sequences, pipelines, and system integrations.

Email Copywriting
Writing promos, nurture sequences, event emails, sales campaigns, and onboarding funnels.
Webinar Hosting Support
Setting up the event, moderating chat, managing slides, and ensuring smooth delivery.
Skool Community Engagement
Posting updates, answering questions, keeping members active, and helping improve retention.

Ideal Candidate

Speaks “automation” fluently — especially GoHighLevel (MUST BE VERY PROFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF CREATING AUTOMATIONS IN GHL)
Strong with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, video tools, etc.)
Comfortable creating polished content in your brand voice
Organized, reliable, and able to work without hand-holding
Loves community engagement and understands digital education
Available during EST business hours
Fast execution, detail-oriented, and creative
Preferably someone who has worked with digital course creators who do webinars and challenges

Commitment

Part-time to full-time (20–30 hrs/week)
Remote
Pay negotiable based on experience
