We are looking for a highly organized, reliable Senior Administrative Operations Assistant to support our fast-growing garage door business. The ideal candidate is to be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily administrative and customer-service tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and
Schedule service appointments and installations
Update the calendar and assign jobs to technicians
Provide quick and professional customer support
Create and send estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
Manage CRM/job management software Jobber
Track job progress and ensure all details are recorded correctly
Maintain organized files, photos, and customer records
Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced workflow
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar tools
Experience with social media marketing and lead generation
Experience with
Graphic and video editing and creation
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge/experience with home services or garage door terminology
Experience handling estimates, scheduling, or dispatching
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
