JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in performance marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media management. This role will lead our acquisition and retention efforts across multiple channels, targeting both B2C and B2B clients in the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate understands premium consumer psychology, product positioning, and how to grow a high-ticket brand through measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Automation
Develop and execute segmented email campaigns (B2B and B2C).
Create automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, subscriber nurture).
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance; continuously optimize.
Manage subscriber list hygiene and integrate user behavior data for personalization.

2. Paid Media Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta (FB/IG).
Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and keyword strategies.
Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPA, and revenue contribution.
Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations.

3. Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid)
Manage brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Build content calendars and coordinate social storytelling around product launches and lifestyle content.
Identify trends, manage influencer/product seeding, and grow engaged communities.
Leverage UGC, short-form videos, and educational content to increase conversion probability.

4. SEO & Organic Growth
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for high-ticket search terms.
Optimize product pages, collections, blogs, and landing pages.
Coordinate technical site improvements in collaboration with development or CRO teams.
Build contextual backlinks, manage domain authority growth, and monitor SERP positions.

5. Conversion Optimization & Analytics
Improve website conversion funnels, user flows, and landing page performance.
Set up and maintain analytics tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, Ads Manager).
Analyze customer segments, lifetime value, and sales pathways.
Provide actionable insights that directly improve revenue.

Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing digital marketing for an eCommerce or D2C brand.
Demonstrated success managing profitable ad budgets ($10k–$50k+/month).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer), and email platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM integrations, product feeds, and retargeting.
Strong creative judgment and understanding of premium branding.
Excellent written communication and campaign planning skills.

Compensation
Competitive monthly retainer or base salary (depending on experience).
Performance-based incentives tied to revenue, ROAS, and lead conversions.
