About True Charm Models LLC

True Charm Models is a next-generation AI influencer/modeling agency where virtual muses meet editorial glamour. Our five signature AI personas — Sierra Marelli, Mimi Cherie, Isadora Belle, Iyanna Bowan, and Alina Westwood — span niches from kawaii charm to sultry luxury.

Our mission is to build a virtual influencer empire within 18 months by blending lifelike AI visuals, strong storytelling, and multi-platform influence.

The Role

We’re seeking a highly creative, tech-savvy, and content-obsessed Social Media Manager who understands AI image creation, digital aesthetics, and current social trends. You will oversee content production and posting across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, using our brand kit, Canva templates, and lookbook guides to keep everything aligned.
(Brand aesthetic + templates described in your Canva & Style guides.)

This role REQUIRES comfort working in an adult-adjacent creator space, including soft-to-mature fantasy content (no explicit nudity on IG/TikTok, per compliance guidelines). There is explicit content on our monetized platforms: Fanvue and Dfans.

This is not a “task doer” job — we need a creative partner who elevates the brand.

Responsibilities
AI Photo + Video Creation (Core requirement)

Generate high-quality AI photos for all 5 AI models (Midjourney, InvokeAI, Runway, etc.)

Create short-form videos/reels using AI tools (Runway, CapCut, Canva, etc.)

Maintain model look consistency (hair, features, aesthetic rules)

Social Media Management

Plan + schedule content (Content360 software)

Write on-brand captions using each model’s voice (using caption personas)

Manage posting across social platforms like IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and monetized platforms: Fanvue and DFans

Track analytics and optimize content that drives growth + revenue

Creative Direction

Conceptualize photo themes, reels, story ideas, and diary teasers

Collaborate on lookbooks, blogs, newsletter imagery, and campaigns
(per Lookbook & Silk Scroll guides)

Bring fresh ideas and push creative boundaries

Asset Organization

Organize content libraries, export files, and maintain consistency with brand kit

Adult-Content Friendly

Must feel comfortable scheduling and preparing “spicy” content, including:

Mature fantasy bundles

PPV scripts

Diary teasers

Skilled in AI Generation

You understand lighting, realism, prompts, and maintaining coherence across a persona.

Social platform fluent

You understand IG and TikTok algorithms, trending audio, hooks, and pacing.

Organized & detail-oriented

You can juggle 5 model personas, content calendars, assets, and accounts.

Comfortable with adult content

This is essential — the tone is soft glam to mature fantasy, not explicit porn, but adult-adjacent.

Required Skills

AI Art Generation (Midjourney, SD/Invoke, Runway, or similar)

Canva or equivalent design tools

Short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, Runway, or similar)

Instagram + TikTok growth strategy

Caption writing (copywriting / storytelling)

Strong eye for aesthetics, color, luxury, and editorial polish

Basic content planning + scheduling tools

Bonus Skills (Not required, but a plus)

Experience working with virtual influencers or digital models

Adult industry experience (ethical, professional creators)

Blog formatting, email marketing (Ghost, Substack, Framer)

Pinterest vertical design

Light brand strategy experience
