JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a long-term, part-time Technical Operations VA to support our agency (Vanta Creative), event brand (Wonkytown), and content brands. You must be highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and able to figure things out with minimal supervision.

We need a self-sufficient problem-solver. You’ll receive the task, logins, and either an SOP or a short YouTube tutorial. Your job is to figure it out, troubleshoot, and deliver the completed result without needing step-by-step instructions. Only apply if you love solving problems.

Your Core Responsibilities

GoHighLevel / Automations

- Build funnels, landing pages, and surveys
- Set up workflows, triggers, pipelines, and tagging systems
- Connect calendars, tracking, and pixels
- Fix GHL errors
- Manage contacts, snapshots, and CRM cleanup
- Set up automations for lead follow-up and appointment booking
- Apply for GHL numbers

Tech & Systems

- Implement SOPs and organize ClickUp/Notion
- Build simple automation flows ( ---------- preferred)
- Set up domains, A records, and DNS
- Connect Twilio, email, and tracking integrations
- Upload and organize files, docs, and assets

Content & Social

- Basic video editing (short-form clips, reels, shorts)
- Organize content folders
- Schedule posts
- Write short captions or repurpose scripts
- Upload to YouTube/TikTok

Admin & Operations

- Research tasks (venues, leads, vendors, tools, contractors)
- Clean up spreadsheets
- Organize SOPs and documentation
- Send weekly reports
- Communicate task updates
- Inbox and calendar assistance

Requirements

- Strong GoHighLevel experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience building funnels and workflows
- Comfortable with Zapier or ---------- (bonus)
- Good understanding of social platforms
- Fast learner and problem-solver
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet and consistent availability
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- Video editing (CapCut/Premiere)
- Canva/graphic design
- Funnel design/UI skills
- Agency experience
- Experience supporting content creators

Work Details
