Job Description:
We are looking for a persistent, focused, and motivated Property Damage Paralegal to join our
team at a California Personal Injury Law Firm. As part of our paralegal team, your
primary responsibility will be to handle communications between the insurance company, the client and the body shops who are repairing the vehicles of the client.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies and adjusters.
Engage and build rapport with clients.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools (Validated by Timeproof).
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Ascertain which cars are at fault in a car a ---------- /determine liability
Obtain estimates for repair of client vehicles
Submit proper documentation to the insurance company

REQUIRED Qualifications:
C2 Mastery / Excellent verbal communication skills
ID Proof Score 80+
IQ Test Score listed in profile

Other Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
