Summary
Remote Customer Service Bidding, Sourcing & RFP Specialist for a steel modular and custom interior manufacturer.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bidding, Sourcing, and Administrative Specialist whose primary focus will be on pipeline generation through researching, qualifying, and responding to bid opportunities (RFP/RFQ).

???? The Opportunity: Growth Focused Remote Role
This role will be full time (40hrs) with a trial starting at 20-30hrs based on proven efficiency and positive results. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a focus on administrative tasks and bid/proposal management.

Availability: Must have experience working in a BPO environment or being available for a graveyard shift (night hours in the Philippines / business hours in North America).

???? Key Responsibilities (Sourcing & Bids Focus)
Finding reliable china vendors (ex: alibaba etc) for products.

Bidding & RFP/RFQ Management: Monitor, evaluate, and manage submissions for relevant bidding opportunities on bidding platforms and for sectors like a major medical supply company.

Sourcing & Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential B2B partners, including: Dealers, Contractors, Developers, and Property Managers.

Customer Service / Inquiry Management: Handle initial customer service inquiries, qualify incoming leads, and manage professional communications. Will need to be available to answer phone calls through Ring Central.

Platform Management & Research: Manage and optimize presence on lead-generation directories, including Houzz and interior design leads.

General Administrative Tasks: Documentation, data entry, and maintenance of pre-sales records. Phone calls with customers.

Reliable Equipment: Stable internet connection, modern computer, and a professional workspace suitable for video calls.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

How do you see Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools being used most effectively in the process of researching, drafting, or finalizing bid opportunities (RFPs/RFQs), and what tools have you used? How fast do you type? (words per minute)
Do you have any experience on bidding platforms such as planhub or similar to win projets? If so, please describe them and your involvement.
Do you have any real estate experience and to what capacity? what were your roles?
Is your schedule flexible? Are you currently available 9am-5pm EST to be fully committed at your desk for work? What is your experience working in BPO/Graveyard shift and how long?
