JOB OVERVIEW

###About the role###
I am building an AI powered venture studio that launches SaaS products. I am looking for a junior developer who is smart, reliable, and comfortable using AI coding tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT.

You will work on new apps and internal tools. Your main job is to turn ideas into working features, keep repos clean, and ship code every day. This is a long term role if we work well together.

###Responsibilities###

- Build and maintain full stack web features
- Use AI tools to generate, refactor, and debug code
- Work from specs, tickets, and Loom videos with minimal hand holding
- Push code to GitHub daily, clean branches and pull requests
- Set up basic app infrastructure when needed
- For example Vercel, simple Node or Express backends, Supabase
- Fix bugs and improve stability based on logs and feedback
- Write simple documentation for what you build
- Join a weekly video call to review progress and plan next work

###Tech stack - nice to have###

- You do not need all of these, but you should be able to learn fast with AI and docs.
- Front end: React, Next.js, Tailwind
- Back end: Node.js, Express, REST APIs
- Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar
- Tools: Git and GitHub, Vercel, Postman or Insomnia, ChatGPT or Claude Code

###Work schedule###

- Full time, 40 hours per week
- You can work day or night, and mostly choose your own hours
- You will be graded on:
- - How much useful code you ship
- - The quality of that code, checked with AI code review
- I care more about consistent output than fixed times

For the first 1 to 2 weeks, I will need more overlap so we can align, set up tools, and review your first tasks live. After that, you can work the hours that suit you as long as you attend the weekly call and keep shipping.

###Requirements###

- 1+ year experience in web dev, or strong personal projects
- Solid with:
- - JavaScript or TypeScript
- - HTML and CSS
- - Basic API concepts, JSON requests and responses
- Comfortable editing AI generated code, not just copy pasting
- Experience with GitHub, branches and pull requests
- Can learn new tools quickly using AI and documentation
- Clear written and spoken English
- Stable internet for calls and screen sharing

- You like building real products, not just tutorials
- You are honest when stuck and proactive about unblocking yourself
- You are consistent, communicate, and commit code every workday
- You are curious about AI and use it as leverage, not as a crutch

###Salary###

- USD 700 to 1,100 per month, depending on skill and independence
- Raises possible as you show you can ship high quality features with less supervision
