JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-working VA to help us produce large volumes of product detail pages (PDP) using pre-designed templates.

You will NOT design the pages from scratch —
our Korean creative team will provide:

A completed PDP template

Text content (Korean)

Reference layout

Image folders

Your job is to apply (copy/paste) the text, replace images, adjust colors/light, and export/upload the finished pages quickly and accurately.

This is a high-volume production role (over 400 SKUs), suitable for someone who enjoys repetitive tasks and has excellent attention to detail.

Part-time (20–30 hours per week), flexible schedule

Responsibilities

Use pre-made templates (Figma / Canva) to produce product detail pages

Copy + paste Korean text into designated template areas

Replace images according to instructions

Perform basic color correction / brightness adjustments

Export final PDP files

Organize files into Google Drive

Communicate clearly in Korean with our Korean team

Follow instructions with accuracy and meet daily/weekly output goals

Repeat the production process for 400+ products

Requirements

: Korean language ability (reading + basic writing + messaging)

Basic photo editing (brightness, crop, alignment, color tone)

Google Drive familiarity

Ability to work with repetitive tasks

Fast copy/paste skills and attention to detail

Reliable Internet connection

Able to follow instructions precisely

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Korean clients or Korean e-commerce

PDP (product detail page) experience

Basic Photoshop skills

Experience with template-based production work

Strong organization skills

Work Conditions

Remote (Work-from-home)

Part-time (20–30 hours/week)

Flexible schedule (as long as deadlines are met)

Long-term cooperation preferred

Weekly Zoom check-ins with Korean manager

Communication via KakaoTalk or Slack

Compensation

$350–$550 per month
(depending on speed, accuracy, and experience)

Performance-based increases available
